We had one situation where our client wanted a pen and pencil set in just 2 days. Our supplier had a rush service available for only the individual pen and the individual pencil. They could not do the set on time. The only way we could get our client the sets on time would be to order the pen and pencil separately as a rush service and have them also send us the packaging needed to make the sets. Once we received all of the goods, we would have to assemble the sets ourselves. It took a few hours, but we delivered on our promise to make sure our client got what they ordered on time.
